Pay maintenance fees online and on your time

Pay your annual Festiva owner or Adventure Club member maintenance fees with ease and within minutes online. Simply log in to our member portal at festiva.travel/members with your registered e-mail address and personalized password and have instant access to your account at anytime.

 

Access Your Account
Once you visit our member portal, enter your registered e-mail on the right side of the page followed by your personalized password. Haven’t registered yet? Just locate your Owner ID and Validation# on your maintenance fee statement and register here or click the “Need to Register” link under the login box on the right side of the page.  If you’ve forgotten your password select the “Reset My Password” link, enter your e-mail and a message will be sent to your inbox. Clicking the link inside the e-mail will bring you back to the member portal and allow you to create a brand new password. 

Make A Payment
Now that you’ve logged in successfully, you will see your name as it appear on the account, as well as the membership type. Locate the “Make A Payment” link on the right side of the page. A drop down box will appear prompting you to select the “Make A Payment Now” button.

This will take you to the billing information screen. Be sure to check the invoice box at the top of the screen, for which you would like to apply funds. Proceed by entering in your payment information. You can even adjust the amount you’d like to have applied to your account, enabling you to keep a running credit or make partial payments.

Note: Please remember that all maintenance fees are due January 1st of each usage year and payments made after the 31st of January will be assessed a late fee.

  1. I would really be nice if we knew what the maintenance fee is. Normally we can’t book because by the time we have enough money everyone else has booked. This year we have the money ahead of time and we still can’t book.

    Thank you for your interest in the Festiva blog. Your maintenance fee balance is available for viewing online through our Member Portal at http://www.festiva.travel/members. Once you log in, the 2013 maintenance fee balance will be posted on the right side of the page, in the Account Summary section. If you do not see your balance, you may still apply your budgeted amount to your account and have a credit posted as a pre-payment option. If you are still having difficulty, please contact us at our Member Services department via phone 1-866-933-7848, or email us at memberservices@festiva.travel. With a little more account information we will surely be able to solve and better advise you on your reservation difficulties.
