I wanted to pass on a quick note on the outstanding customer service I experienced last week when dealing with Chad on the phone. Not only was he polite, but VERY knowledgeable and helpful! I have to admit, rarely do you run across these good experiences in our world today, and I’m sure you hear plenty about the bad, so I wanted to take a second and tell you about one of your own, doing good! Chad seems to enjoy and is passionate about his job, which is also rare these days, and should be recognized for the wonderful customer service he provides. Thank you!

It couldn’t have been better. My suite was so nice and it was very clean. The bed was really comfortable as was everything in the room. I loved the towels and linens so much that I would love to get some for home! All of the details of the resort were perfect. Great job by the staff.

The room was redone very nicely and was most comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. We felt like we were the first people to stay there, it was so spotless.

Part of what made our stay so enjoyable was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff on duty. The manager Jared introduced himself to us and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. Both of the receptionists, Pamela and Constance, answered our MANY questions with both patience and humor. They were also quick to take care of the requests we had and didn’t make us feel like we were imposing on them.

We enjoy going to New Orleans for weekends. Because of the wonderful staff you have at Frenchmen, we are looking forward to our next stay with you. We are happy to say we are members of the Festiva Family.

The entire staff at the Cabins was wonderful. The two ladies doing crafts (Sharon and Anne) went way beyond our expectations to help us and show us some wonderful ideas.

Blue Heron Beach Resort

Loved this condotel- rooms are great with a full kitchen. The view from the room is of Lake Bryant and I spend hours just watching the sun come up. The view is uber-spectacular.

The close proximity to Disney and the fact that it is central to so many restaurants and Downtown Disney made us repeat visitors and we intend to return in 2010 as well.

We found Blue Heron on the internet and decided to try it out based on pictures and location. We are so glad we found it! It is centrally located near outlet malls, Disney, Universal, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the cozy home away from home condo. With Walmart down the street we bought some food items so that at least one meal a day was at the condo and we had snacks. The pool was great, never too crowded, the kids LOVED it! We have our reservations and bags packed for next month!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Blue Heron Beach Resort. After a long journey, we were greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist who made us feel very welcome at the hotel. When we entered our apartment, we could not believe how it was like home away from home. It had everything you could want. and was immaculately clean.

Thanks to the staff for all the time and effort they put in to getting my daughter a beach wheelchair. The staff demonstrated A+ Customer Service and Southern Hospitality which should be praised. Having the staff go and pick up the wheelchair was truly amazing and went the extra mile. May all of the staff members be blessed many times for their kindness.

The whole staff was great. Christine maybe was the best. She went the extra mile to ensure we had every choice we needed on other activities. She also made sure golf was available, 4 times in six days. Kevin also worked hard on my golf game with some results. We loved the course.

I have been on approximately 10 cruises and used timeshares over 35 times and overall this week ranked extremely high.

All the staff we were in contact with went the extra mile for us.

We loved the Monday morning meeting, that really helped us plan for the week and of course, our favorite, had  to be…the Pig Pickin’!  yum, yum,  what a treat not to have to cook or drive out for dinner.  It really allowed us to meet some of the others staying at Festiva and proved to be a most enjoyable evening, well planned, well organized.  Looking forward to receiving the fall newsletter too!

Festiva Sailing Vacations & Festiva Cruise Club

Thank you for all of your help organizing and informing us on our recent trip from St. Maarten. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed sailing with Maurizio and Elena, and enjoyed both their Italian cooking an humor! It’s taken us three years to secure a catamaran holiday through RCI Points and I have to say we were not disappointed by any aspect of our holiday with Festiva. It more than lived up to our expectations. Thank you again for always being on the end of the telephone or e-mail to help us. We felt very well looked after.

We just wanted to say  “Wow”!! What a great vacation we experienced aboard the Smitten Kitten.  Captain Jason and First Mate Natasha went totally above board in making sure this was truly an amazing experience.  Jason took special care of each his charges and was extremely responsible in meeting our needs. The meals… were so wonderful and varied that all of us are trying to get Natasha’s delicious recipes.

All three couples were also impressed with your ability to match us up so compatibly.  We have become good friends and plan to stay in touch.

We also spoke about your helpfulness in putting this together for us so I would say that, overall, the passengers on the Smitten Kitten had a wonderful Festiva experience.  We are already FAC points owners and look for forward to our next trip!

To say ”Thank You” is such a small thing for such a wonderful trip but know that it truly comes from our hearts!

Rangeley Lake Resort

Loving our week at Rangeley Lake Resort. Having a blast here. Nice log cabins, with all the home fixin’s. Lake is superb. Great going Festiva!!! So glad we bought into a timeshare.

We just had to write and tell you what a wonderful experience we had recently when we traveled to Rangeley, Maine and stayed at Festiva’s Rangeley Lake Resort.  The scenery around the many lakes and surrounding mountains when arriving at the resort was breath-taking and the lodge where we checked in was beautiful.  Inside the lodge was a rock fireplace, a huge pool with 2 hot tubs and a downstairs game room where the mens’ and womens’ locker rooms and sauna were located.  A computer was there for guest to use or you could bring your laptop up to the lodge and use the wireless internet.  A back deck afforded a panoramic view of the lake and mountains.  The staff was so friendly  and helpful the entire week.

The log cabins although fairly new, were rustic and very private.  Ours was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable.  We enjoyed the lighted logs burning in the fireplace although it was early June.

There is hiking, lake activities, and many good restaurants.  There were two night concerts in the town the week we were there.  An added perk was the free use for resort guests of a great fitness center nearby. Also, if you go in the winter there is a beautiful, well equipped ski lodge just minutes from the resort.

We enjoyed taking day trips to see the beautiful scenery and wildlife.  There were moose everywhere and you had to be careful or they would come out of nowhere and march right out in front of you.  An especially fun day trip was into Canada to Quebec City which is about 3 1/2 hours away.

It was such a fun trip and one of the nicest resorts we have visited.  We highly recommend it.
